There are two things that every model needs: a portfolio and a comp card (also called a composite card, zed card or sed card). However, before you can create either of these things you need to decide what type of modeling you plan on doing. This will help you decide what type of photographs you need.
A busy day today! First time family portraits, a baby shower, and a wedding. I feel blessed to be the one to capture these great occasions!

I’m off to San Jose today to help judge a photography contest of pictures taken by elem. & middle school students. I can’t wait to see the creative works our young and upcoming artists.
Scotts Valley Grand Prix
The wind was cold during Sunday’s second Scotts Valley Grand Prix, but the action certainly was not.
The criterium race - a high-speed race on city streets featuring neck-and-neck packs of street bikes negotiating tight turns and other challenges - was praised by riders and spectators.
It is always so much fun and I feel bad that I was only able to take a few portraits during the race....
